Take one State Registered Nurse called Georgie in uniform and stockings...		and add two handfuls of chocolate...		Spread over nurse until the front is coated...		Cover bare flesh evenly to prevent burning...


Don't forget to cover the backside as well...		Then leave to cool down for a couple of minutes...		Undo the uniform and cover the breasts till stiff peak start to form		Start to decorate with cream...


Plenty of cream.....		Seriously, lashings and lashings of cream...		Until the main body of the gateau is pretty as a picture...		Top off with more fresh cream...
